Purpose

This policy defines minimum child safety standards to protect children and teens using Peeple services.

Prohibited content and behavior

• Child sexual exploitation, grooming, sexualization, or equivalent conduct
• Child abuse, violent threats, or promotion of harmful acts
• Unauthorized collection, sharing, or solicitation of children's personal data

Reporting and enforcement

• Suspected violations may result in immediate content removal, account restrictions, and reports to relevant authorities.
• In urgent risk situations, required information may be provided to law enforcement as permitted by law.

Operating principles

• Child safety violations are handled under a zero-tolerance principle.
• This policy may be updated to reflect legal and platform safety standard changes.
